Jennifer Ellison in a bikini Jennifer Ellison enjoying a dip in the ocean… Jennifer Ellison is a singer, dancer, actress, and glamour model - she stays busy :D Jennifer is probably best known for her television role as Emily Shadwick from the soap Brookside. This 24 year old actress has been in regualr photoshoots for men’s magazines ever since leaving the soap opera Brookside in 2003. I don’t know how many of you watch BBC, but Jennifer has also made appearances on the show Hotel Babylon.
